Where Are Vorenzo Wheels Manufactured?
Vorenzo Wheels are manufactured in a cutting-edge facility in Taiwan, equipped with advanced 10,000-ton forging presses, precision heat-treatment technology, state-of-the-art mills and lathes, and advanced finishing equipment. This ensures that every wheel meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, durability, and performance.
Monoblock vs. Modular Wheels: What’s the Difference?
Understanding the differences between monoblock and modular wheels is essential when selecting the perfect set for your vehicle.
-
Monoblock Wheels: Crafted from a single piece of fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum, monoblock (1-Piece) wheels offer exceptional strength and lightweight performance, making them ideal for those seeking high durability, lightweight properties, and a sleek, one-piece design.
-
Modular Multi-Piece Wheels (2-Piece/3-Piece): Modular wheels (multi-piece) are constructed from either two (for 2-Piece Wheels) or three pieces (for 3-Piece Wheels) of fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum, consisting of a center face and a lip/barrel. This design allows for greater customization options. The center is securely attached to the lip/barrel using stainless steel assembly hardware, available in four distinct finishes.
All Modular Multi Piece Wheels designs come standard with exposed hardware. Hidden hardware is available on for select designs upon special request.
How Is Concavity and Lip Size Determined?
Center face concavity and lip size depend on several factors, including the final width and offset of your wheels and the required brake clearance for your specific vehicle. By default, we manufacture wheels with maximum concavity and lip size within the given specifications while ensuring the necessary brake clearance. This can vary slightly depending on whether you choose a monoblock or modular design, which will be discussed at the time of ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
Lug Nut and Bolt Seat Compatibility
All of our wheels are custom-made per order, allowing us to accommodate different lug seat machining options based on your vehicle’s factory specifications. We offer options such as OEM ball seat machining or 60-degree conical seat machining. If you’re unsure about the lug seat type required for your vehicle, our team is happy to assist you in determining the best option for a seamless installation.
