All our wheels are custom-made to your vehicle's specific requirements and/or your chosen size and fitment preferences, which means that all sales are final. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except under specific conditions: if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been shipped. In these cases, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund. Any claims submitted after this 14-day window will not be accepted.
For a return to be accepted, the wheels must be in their original, unused condition, meaning no tires have been mounted, and no modifications or alterations have been made. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all included contents. In the event that you believe the product qualifies for a return due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, please initiate the process by emailing us at vorenzowheels@gmail.com. Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographic evidence illustrating the problem. Your request will undergo a thorough review, and if deemed valid, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

After the returned product is received and inspected, a determination will be made regarding eligibility for a replacement or refund. Cancelling Your Order
To cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of the order confirmation. You may reach us by email at vorenzowheels@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order details and the reason for cancellation. If the order has already entered the manufacturing stage or has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will no longer be possible. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can help you process your cancellation request. If the twenty-four (24) hour window has expired, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your approved return (due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment), we will notify you of the outcome and resolution. If your return passed our inspection and is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Refunds are only eligible if your return request (due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment) is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided in your order, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier if the package was not received. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. We highly recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery, or arranging for it to be held at a local shipping facility for pickup if no one is available at your address. Please note that we cannot be held liable in such situations and will not offer a refund or replacement for lost or stolen items.
