Limited 2-Year Structural Warranty & Limited 1-Year Finish Warranty

Vorenzo Forged Wheels offers the original purchaser a Limited 2-Year Structural Warranty on all wheel models available on our website, excluding custom requested designs. This warranty ensures that your wheels are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal wear and tear for two years from the date of purchase.

Additionally, all wheel finishes are covered under a Limited 1-Year Warranty, safeguarding against damage caused by typical weather conditions and everyday driving, helping to maintain the wheel’s appearance and durability.

What’s Covered:

  • Structural Warranty: Covers defects in the materials or workmanship of the wheel’s structure for 2 years.
  • Finish Warranty: Covers the finish of the wheels for 1 year against peeling, fading, or cracking under normal driving conditions and exposure to typical weather elements.

This warranty applies as long as the wheels are properly installed and used under normal conditions, and they must be properly mounted on the intended vehicle.

Installation Requirements

To ensure your warranty is valid, the following installation conditions must be met:

  1. The wheels must be correctly installed on the intended vehicle model.
  2. The specified lug nuts, bolts, and other necessary hardware should be used during installation.
  3. The tires mounted on the wheels should be appropriate for your vehicle.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Damage due to improper handling or refinishing: This includes any of the following actions, which could compromise the structural integrity of the wheels:

    • Disassembly
    • Refinishing
    • Bending
    • Heating
    • Cutting
    • Welding
    • Any repair or modification by someone other than Vorenzo Forged Wheels will void the warranty. 
  2. Road hazards: Damage from conditions such as potholes, gravel, debris, or other unpaved road conditions will not be covered.

  3. Improper tire usage: Issues like improper tire inflation, overloading the vehicle, misalignment, or using incorrect tires will not be covered.

  4. Impact damage: Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, curbing, road debris, or racing is excluded.

  5. Improper cleaning: Harsh chemicals, abrasive brushes, or acidic cleaners can damage the wheel’s finish, voiding the warranty. Clean your wheels using mild soap and a soft cloth.

  6. Exposure to hazardous chemicals: Damage from road salt, chemical-based cleaners, or other harmful substances will not be covered.

  7. Improper wheel accessories: The use of clip-on weights and/or other non-approved accessories is prohibited and will not be covered. Only the ordinary tape-on weights should be used.

  8. Continued use after discovering a defect: If you notice any issues with your wheels, continuing to use them will not be covered.

  9. Damage from shipping or negligence: Wheels damaged during shipping or altered by anyone other than Vorenzo Forged Wheels are not covered.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Vorenzo Forged Wheels Customer Service
    Reach out to our team here to report the issue. If the claim is accepted, we will provide a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on all return shipments.

  2. Ship the Wheels
    If your warranty claim is accepted, further instructions will be sent. All shipping fees during the warranty process will be the customer's responsibility.

    • Be sure to include the following:
    • A copy of the original invoice/order confirmation
    • A written explanation of the issue, including the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and any and all circumstances that led to the warranty claim.

  3. Inspection and Resolution
    Once we receive your wheels, our team will inspect them. If the issue falls under the terms of this warranty, we will either repair or replace the wheels at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

Vorenzo Forged Wheels shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to the costs associated with removing or reinstalling the wheels, loss of use, or any inconvenience arising from wheel failure. Please note that some states do not permit the exclusion of such damages, so these limitations may not apply in all situations.

Additionally, Vorenzo Forged Wheels shall not be held liable for any installation fees or charges incurred, including but not limited to those from car dealerships, auto shops, or wheel and tire shops. We also disclaim any responsibility for damage to the products, vehicles, or personal injury that may occur before, during, or after the installation process. For your safety and to ensure optimal performance, we strongly recommend that installation be performed by a qualified professional.
