We understand that there are many factors to consider when purchasing a set of custom forged wheels. We strive to provide as much information as possible to make the process simple and straightforward. All of our forged wheels are custom-made per order, ensuring you get the perfect fitment and personalized design you desire. While there are many variables involved, we strive to make the ordering process as simple as possible for every customer.

How to Place an Order

If you have questions regarding the ordering process or would like to order a set of custom forged wheels directly, please contact us via our contact form, email or phone. Please have your vehicle's year, make, and model ready to share. Our specialized sales team will work with you to discuss your vehicle specifications and wheel preferences in detail. Once you have chosen your desired wheel model, sizing, finish, and any additional options, you will be ready to submit your order. After reviewing and confirming all details, a full payment will be required to make any renderings and begin production.

We accept all major debit/credit cards and bank transfers. For debit/credit card payments, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Some orders may be flagged by our security system for verification due to their high value, which is a standard procedure. In such cases, our team may request a photo of your ID to confirm the name and address matches the order. All other information may be blurred out for your safety. Once the payment is fully received, we will provide you with 3D cross-section profile drawings that illustrate the concavity and/or lip size of your wheels based on your specifications and brake clearance requirements. Once confirmed, we will proceed with the manufacturing process.

Manufacturing & Shipping

The production process typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the demand at the time of ordering. Upon completion, we will send you a photo of the finished wheels and proceed with shipping. A tracking number will be provided the following business day. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. If any issues occur during shipping, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Lead Time

All of our wheels are custom-made to order for each vehicle and customer, meaning we do not keep inventory in-stock for immediate shipping. Standard lead times range from 6-8 weeks, including delivery. Shipping may be expedited, if needed, for an additional charge during checkout.

Included Accessories

Center Caps: Each set of wheels includes our Vorenzo Forged (VF) logo center caps. By default, the caps will match the wheel color and finish, but alternative colors and finishes are available upon request. Additionally, we offer OEM center cap machining, which allows your wheels to accommodate factory center caps for an additional charge.

Valve Stems: All wheels include stainless steel or black valve stems at no extra cost.
