At Vorenzo Wheels, we are committed to delivering your custom-made wheels as efficiently as possible while maintaining strict quality control throughout the entire process. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please review the following information carefully for full transparency.

Order Timeframe

All of our wheels are custom-made to order and require an extended processing period of approximately 6–8 weeks to ensure precision craftsmanship and rigorous quality control. This estimated timeframe includes both production and shipping and may vary depending on demand and order volume at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Shipping rates for international destinations (outside the US) and express delivery (everywhere) are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. For any special delivery requests, please contact our support team here before placing your order.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. Vorenzo Wheels is not liable for delays related to customs processing or local import regulations. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 48 hours to reflect movement. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team here.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any restocking and/or reshipping fees. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to make the change, updates are not guaranteed once the order is in transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for the delivery. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors.
  • Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark items as delivered before they arrive.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier to initiate a claim or investigation.

Damaged Shipments

If your wheels arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging and product and contact us within 14 days of delivery. Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and initiate a claim or investigation to find a resolution for you as soon as possible. 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After the expiration of this period—or upon initiation of the manufacturing process, whichever occurs first—all sales are considered final, and no modifications or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.

Peak Season & Holiday Delays
